Journalism Training
Deep South has run online and face-to-face training courses for reporters and sub-editors in more than 20 countries.
The courses are:

• Basic sub-editing and design
• Sub-editing and design refresher
• Sports sub-editing and design
• Tailor-made courses to meet editors' special requirements
These are practical, interactive and entertaining courses, with challenging exercises tailored to students' needs.
They are offered in a range of options - online over three months, or face-to-face from one to ten days.
The aim is to train reporters and sub-editors to produce work that is accurate and clear and sparkles with the element of surprise. The major theme for design courses is effective projection of words and pictures.
